This third floor casa is over 3,300 square feet, spacious enough for the perfect getaway of rest and relaxation or for that small family reunion you always wanted to have. One master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath with his and hers closets, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, a queen size sofa bed, a private bathroom with walk-in closet, a shower/Jacuzzi tub combination and a quaint vanity area. In addition this master bedroom has private access to the terrace. Enjoy spectacular views of the waves crashing on the beach while basking in the 4 person Jacuzzi perfectly tucked away on the terrace. Entry to the third bedroom with a queen size bed and queen sofa sleeper is down a private hallway, where you will also find an additional bathroom and the laundry room.

The entertainer’s kitchen with top of the line American and European appliances has an open marble counter overlooking the dining area, great room and views beyond. As to be expected, this casa is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and linens, etc.
