Villa Pacifica is a new beachfront villa located in Pedregal. The 5,000 square foot villa has 4,000 square feet of beachfront deck area. The residential area of Pedregal lies on the Pacific side of the southernmost tip of Baja California Sur, Mexico. This villa is within 1 mile of downtown Cabo San Lucas and one of the few beachfront homes built directly on the sand.
