Villa Mira Mar is located in the foot hills of the prestigious gated community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. This villa is within walking distance of downtown. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. It offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The dining room has seating for 10 guests. A very comfy living room with satellite TV, stereo, VCR/CD/DVD that has lots of reading material.
The house is air-conditioned, breezy and bright. Just off the kitchen/living room is the first patio with a gas BBQ Grill, and patio table with dining for 6. Step over the small bridge connecting the patio with the casitas. There are two casitas, poolside, each has a king size bed, kitchenette, bath, TV, and stereo. The casitas are also air-conditioned. Just outside the casitas is more poolside patio space with another patio/umbrella table with seating for 4 and lots of lounge chairs. The pool is a very nice size, with a Jacuzzi at one end and a beautiful stone cascadas running under the bridge. This villa is not just a rentable home but comes with all the comforts of home and personal touch of the owners. There also is a rooftop patio/seating area for views of the Bay of San Lucas and all of downtown.
