From the winding Rockwall staircase down onto the huge patio, you over look the infinity pool that seems to be spilling into the Sea of Cortez! A perfect spot for having a Margarita at the patio bar, or to enjoy a barbecue next to the fireplace at one of the 2 outdoor dining areas. Indoors we have a master bedroom with an ocean view and an ensuite to die for, with wrap around mirrors, his and her sinks, closet/storage locker, jacuzzi tub, skylit dome, and a soothing rain shower after a long day in the sand and sun. The master bed is a king size canopy bed, perfect for watching an early morning sunrise, or sleeping till noon. Also has TV ,satellite and DVD player. The pantry/laundry room is set off of the kitchen in its own private room with wine fridge, pantry storage and washer/dryer. The guest bedroom is also a King Size bed, with TV,satellite, VCR , office nook (with wireless high speed internet), closets/storage, shower and bathroom.

The kitchen has it all, it is fully stocked! From state of the art fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave and convection oven, to bread maker, coffeemaker, juicer, and blender. Silverware, dishes, glasses and coffee mugs are all included. The dining room has seating for 12 and feel free to slide back the pocket doors anywhere in the house to open the home up to the sounds and smells of the ocean and palm trees. The living room has 1 couch and 2 love seats. Has 100cd changer, indoor/ outdoor speakers, satellite TV, VCR and DVD.
