This cozy villa is located in the gated community of Pedregal. With fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the beach and its accessible to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Walking in the front door you step into Amistad's spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors open onto the upper terrace, with patio furniture to relax, view the whales, and watch the fishing boats coming in with their catch. Or sip a cool drink and watch the sun go down. Bedrooms are located downstairs. All three bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading out to the ground level patio where the pool and Jacuzzi are located. Once again, lots of patio furniture to relax. There also is a gas BBQ on this level. This villa is very private, having neighbors on just one side. Lush tropical gardens keep the privacy as well.
