The mountainside location of this highly desirable 6-bedroom villa boasts an incredible view of the confluence of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean high above the city of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests and is a perfect choice for families, corporate retreats or friends.



The inside is furnished in tropical rattan and all bedrooms have a magnificent view.



On the first floor of the villa, you will find the kitchen, bar, dining and living room where glass doors open out to the pool area, barbecue and outdoor shower.



At the pool, a stairway leads to level two where the tile jacuzzi is located, with a large window above that allows an underwater view into the pool.



Proceeding down another flight of stairs you will find the cocktail palapa next to the horseshow pit.



The four master bedrooms have large sunken tubs and king or queen beds and the two newly remodeled guesthouses offer a bit more privacy.
