of space for families and groups. With seven bedrooms and a childrens
room, this stunning new Cabo San Lucas villa sits on a cliff overlooking
the Pacific ocean. Relax on the poolside terrace while watching whales
play in the surf or enjoy many cocktail hours with an ever changing Baja
sunset as the backdrop.
The house has a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances
including a Viking range. While you might not want to spend much of your
vacation cooking, a
private chef is availabe.
The Master suite has a king size bed, TV and includes a small kitchenette/wet bar and large walk-in closet with built-in cabinets and bookshelves. The ensuite has a bath tub (with ocean view) and separate shower, double sinks and dressing table. Also adjoining this suite is an additional bath and second bedroom with ensuite and a double bed in it. Two additional suites are also at this level. Each bedroom has it's own private patio, ensuite and king size beds.
On the lower level, you'll find three suites with patios, two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has a double and a twin day bed. All baths have marble-tiled showers and granite vanity tops.
The eighth bedroom is the childrens' room, ideal for kids with four bunk beds.
The great room opens out to the pool area which features a custom infinity pool and spa. Outdoor living is complete with a cooking area under a circular palapa, lighting and built-in seating. A stairway leads to a lower patio that is ideal for escaping to watch either the whales or the sun set.
