An exceptional beachfront villa in the Caleta development of Palmilla is one of our most sought out villas.
The main living area is separated from the rest of the house in the Mexican Hacienda style. It features a large dining table, commercial kitchen with double fridge and 6 burner gas stove. The sunken living room is on the pool level and has a wood burning fire place and plenty of comfortable seating.
The large infinity pool truly looks like it extends into the deep blue of the Sea of Cortez. A few steps down take you to the outdoor jacuzzi on your way to the beach. This level also has a very nice 4 hole putting green.
Some more steps down and you are on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. The soft white sand seems to go on forever as it curves into the world famous Palmilla Cove where you can hire a panga for an offshore fishing trip. Expansive decks, courtyards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, driving range and putting green, teak patio furniture and several dining areas make the outdoor spaces of this vacation home a delight.
Steps down on the other side of the pool take you to a large palapa covered outdoor living space. The circular area has seating all around and in the center is a beautiful double hammock.
