Casa Bahia is an elegant 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath private villa overlooking the marina and the Sea of Cortez in the gated Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas.

Only a short walk to town, the home has 2,350 sq. ft. of living space under roof and an additional 1,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living area. Turn-key ready and fully furnished, all you need to bring is your bathing suit and tooth brush!

Casa Bahia features Mexican Saltillo tile floors and dramatic brick domed ceilings in the circular dining room and entry. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher.

The entry features a lighted garden with fountain, and a custom heated pool highlights the upper patio, which also includes a gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining. Lower level bedrooms share a private balcony.
