Casa de Los Cabos (Fourth Edition).
Located on the beach of Costa Brava, this spectacular beachfront villa boasts six bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms and is one of few villas located right on the beach. Completed in 1999 it is in the secure sub-division of Costa Brava. The size of the patio stretching onto the beach make it a superb villa for small, intimate weddings and entertaining.
On the lower level are two guest suites both with queen sized beds, bathrooms with showers, private balconies, and central air conditioning.
The master bedroom has windows that retract opening the view to the beach and ocean. The other bedrooms have bathrooms attached with showers.
The common area is elegant and airy with windows both front and back. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen bisects the common area with formal dining for twelve people.
Stepping out of the house onto the patio you are provided with the living/reception area. The patio has a gas range and grill besides which is another marble topped table capable of seating ten guests. Finally the focal point of the patio is the rectangular infinity pool with an endless view of the ocean.
