Ingredients:
- Fish: Cod, Halibut, Red Snapper Shark (Other fish can be substituted but the key is fresh fish)
- Cabbage, Onions, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Pico de Gallo or Guacamole
- Batter
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 habenero chili (milder chili pepper can be substituted - 1/2 teaspoon - crushed oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon - ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon - dried, crushed dill
- 1/2 teaspoon - ground cayenne chile
- And ground white pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Mix batter until creamy consistency.
2. Cut fish into half inch strips.
3. Dip fish fully in batter and fry in pan or place on open foil and grill.
4. Dice cabbage, onions and tomatoes.
5. Top with Pico de Gallo or Guacamole.
6. Eat and enjoy!

Directions:
Carefully layer ingredients into a highball glass (using a spoon), in the order given:
1. Grenadine
