Sparkling Sangria
1 cup Brandy
1/2 cup orange liqueur Cointreau
1/4 cup super fine sugar
1 fresh orange, thinly sliced
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 fresh lime, thinly sliced
1 fresh lemon, thinly sliced
2 bottles sparkling wine or cava (chilled)
Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine the brandy and orange liqueur. Pour in the sugar, stir or shake thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Add all the fruit at once. Add the cava and serve with or without ice.
Tropical Fruit and Black Bean Salsa Recipe
1/2 c pineapple, diced
1/2 c mango, diced
1/2 c papaya, diced
1/2 c sweet onions, chopped
1/2 c beans, black, cooked
1 jalapeno, minced.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Allow flavors to develop for at least 30mts.
