Take memories of your vacation home with you!
Mango Salsa Recipe
1 large mango, peeled & cubed
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (optional) seeds and membranes discarded
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Let stand at room temperature a half hour before serving or refrigerate up to 24 hours. This recipe does not hold up well and should be used quickly.

Michelada
A few drops of hot sauce, such as Valentina or Bufalo. McIlhenny's Tabasco sauce is not usually used, as it leaves a slight vinegary aftertaste.
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
A few drops of Maggi seasoning or soy sauce.
Squeeze a lime wedge (lemon wouldn't be strong nor sour enough).
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in the glass.
Slowly add one 325 mL (12 Fl. oz.) Mexican beer (preferably a dark beer like Indio or Negra Modelo).
